On the Bravo Top Chef website it clearly says there is a new episode every Wednesday at 10/9 Central.So, I went to watch this week's recorded episode to find a two week old Top Chef, the one where Mattin Noblia, the French guy, with the restaurant in San Francisco called Iluna Basque, was told to pack his knives and leave, after giving ranch hands and Tom Colicchio and Tim Love raw fish out in the hot Nevada desert.
Why the re-run this week?
I have no idea.
