24: 2am til 3am---Tony Almeda Gets Real Bad

There are only a few hours left in this day of 24. I don't know how they are going to wrap this up in such a short time and make any sense of it. Of course, that type worry never turns out to be necessary with 24.

In the latest hour of this long day, Tony Almeda got even BADDER, to use bad grammar. He told Galvez to rig a building with explosives and lure the FBI in and blow them up, so he, Galvez, could escape with the Bio-Weapon.

Previous to that we'd seen Hodges call his lawyer from his cell in the White House brig. Then we saw his lawyer murdered and a lookalike take her place, complete with faked fingerprints. The bad guys are so good, on 24, putting plans in motion on the shortest spurs of the moment.

With Agent Moss dead, Jack is back in the field, helping Renee and having occasional bouts due to that dying thing he's got going on. Kim left to fly back to LA, leaving her dad to die in peace, never knowing he is a grandpa with the baby named after his wife, Terri, who the original 24 blindsiding shocking bad girl, Nina, killed in the first 24.

With the FBI closing in on what they think is the location of Galvez, Jack smells a rat and tells Renee it is a trap, to get out of there. Galvez hears this on the FBI radio he got off of one of the many FBI guys he's killed, so Galvez sets off the explosions. Much mayhem ensues.

Jack locates Renee. After making sure she is okay, Jack is feeling totally hinky about Tony due to a story Tony told earlier not matching up with what the FBI knows. So, Jack pulls his gun on him and tells him to fess up. Right then Jack goes into spasms, tries to inject himself, but Tony takes the needle and the gun. I guess he was about to shoot Jack when others showed up and the episode ended.

I forgot to mention that lady who replaced Hodge's murdered lawyer, well, she gave Hodges a poison pill that will kill him quickly and look like a heart attack. She tells Hodges he must off himself due to being a threat to the others. I'm pretty sure she was not talking about the people on LOST.

On the way to another jail, Hodges takes the pill and goes into cardiac arrest.

In the previews we see that Jack is back vertical, Tony has had a shirtless assignation with a woman. And Hodges is alive, in a hospital, with the President, apparently, giving Jack the go ahead to work his torture magic on Hodges.
