The Real Housewives of New York City's Aviva Drescher is one of the Worst Train Wrecks in Reality TV History

That self described Barbie doll Pinata you are looking at on the left is Aviva Drescher. Aviva Drescher is one of the housewives on Bravo's Real Housewives of New York City. Aviva Drescher is one of the new housewives, replacing old housewives like Kelly Bensimon and Jill Zarin.

Aviva Drescher has been fascinating to watch. I do not recollect watching a worse train wreck anywhere else on Reality TV.

In the latest 4 episodes Aviva Drescher has managed to do what it took Jill Zarin several seasons to do, that being have the fans totally turn on her because of what a vile, selfish, mean-spirited, rude, foul-tempered, self-centered, spoiled neurotic human being she turned out to be, after initial very positive viewer reaction.

The first paragraph of Aviva's Bravo bio....

Aviva Drescher is the first and only New York City born and bred "Housewife" in the history of the show. At 5'10" with brains to match her beauty, this part-time socialite and full-time mother will let nothing hold her back. When Aviva was just six years-old, she was in a tragic farm accident, which resulted in the amputation of her left leg. Aviva has never let this tragedy define who she is.

The reality we have seen, as this season of RHONY has unfolded, is that Aviva makes her childhood accident, and the resultant limb loss, the focus of attention, in various ways, almost constantly.

A couple weeks ago, after Aviva saw, via comments to her Bravo blog, that the viewers were disgusted with her irrational behavior upon arrival at St. Barths, and during her short stay there, a short stay where Aviva managed to ruin what had been a fun vacation for the other housewives, Aviva blogged a sort of modified mea culpa, short of apologizing or actually recognizing that she realized it was her behavior, no one elses, which had created all the problems.

And now, after Monday night's latest episode, an episode where Aviva is her most demented yet, scolding Ramona, in a restaurant, with a delusional, nonsensical, insane sounding, bullying rant, Aviva, in her latest blog post, titled Sheer Brutality, has now gone on the offensive (in both meanings of that word) against Ramona in a totally irrational, wrong-headed rant that has already riled freshly riled viewers.

I saw Aviva's latest post shortly after she posted it. Within a very short time there were already dozens of comments, virtually all of them totally critical of Aviva. Last week Aviva's The Human Pinata blog post generated 596 comments. I've never seen such a reaction to any of the various Bravo TV show's blogs.

Next Monday is the final episode of this latest season of RHONY, followed by the reunion shows. Will Aviva wise up by then and present a believable mea culpa? Or will she be in Kelly Bensimon mode and do no behavior owning, and instead just reinforce the negative image she has already projected?

The majority of viewers making comments in various venues are pretty much begging Bravo to remove Aviva from the Real Housewives of New York City.

That is not my reaction.

I find watching a train wreck who is totally clueless about what a mess she is, to be very interesting. And sort of instructive. I have known an Aviva type, or two, in my life. Sonja's choice was mine in that type situation, as in dump the toxic person as soon as the toxicity became apparent.

The Real Housewives of New York City Season 5 Premiere Free of Jill Zarin

Season 4 of The Real Housewives of New York City started off with Jill Zarin being obnoxious, which she continued to be, all season long, til, mercifully, Bravo gave Jill, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop the boot.

Bravo also gave Alex McCord the boot. I think that was a mistake.

Last night we met the new housewives, Heather Thomson, a  girdle type wear designer who talks a lot, Carole Radziwill, an author who talks smart and Aviva Drescher, who also talks smart and is a one-legged mother of 4 with a history with Sonja.

I did not take an instant dislike to any of the new housewives, unlike when Kelly Bensimon showed up, or, even worse, Cindy Barshop.

I have learned, via Phaedra Parks and Brandi Glanville, that a new housewife can quickly become a favorite.

Countess LuAnn seems to be working hard to make the new housewives her new Gang of Four in her ongoing Hatfields & McCoys vendetta against Ramona. I don't think this is going to work out. I don't think LuAnn will be able to recruit Carole Radziwill.

Carole Radziwill is very amusing and very articulate on her Bravo Blog.

On Heather's Bravo Blog it is like she did not watch the episode before she wrote the blog. On the blog she's still going on about Mario's supposed rudeness. Did Heather not notice that she did constantly interrupt and sort of misread the interchanges, that she then snarkily commented on in her confessionals?

The previews for the rest of Season 5 look like we are in for some major catfighting, with the new girl's pledge to each other not to be mean girls, thrown out the window.

I wonder if Jill Zarin watched last night? Kelly Bensimon has likely forgotten she was ever on this show.

Have Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, Cindy Barshop & Alex McCord Been Fired From The Real Housewives of New York City?

Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord & Jill Zarin
It has been clearly obvious to the majority of viewers for two seasons now that The Real Housewives of New York City had a couple serious problems.

Primarily those problems were Kelly Bensimon and Jill Zarin. Zarin's on screen antics regarding Bethenny Frankel were repulsive to a lot of viewers.

And it was completely clear, to most, that something is seriously wrong, mental health wise, with Kelly Bensimon. And not in an entertaining to watch, but in a disturbing to watch, way.

Jill Zarin's neurotic need to constantly pick fights and hold grudges eventually wore down most viewer's tolerance. This is just not a nice person. It's not just the constant snarkiness, the constant self-righteousness, the overarching narcissim, it's just that this is just not the type of person most of us would tolerate having in our lives. So, why would we want to watch her on our TV screens?

Various websites are reporting that Bravo has decided to dump Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon.

And Alex McCord.

I think it is just a given, with no need to mention it, that Cindy Barshop is toast.

But? Alex McCord?

It won't be the same show without Alex McCord. Getting rid of Jill and clueless Kelly greatly improves the show's dynamic, likely causing the discourse to be much more elevated. Alex was never a problem. I know some viewers did not care for Alex and Simon, but the majority grew to like the pair.

Just read the comments to the housewives blogs on the RHONY website and you can easily tell Alex is popular with the viewers, in an authentic way. Then check out the comments to Jill and Kelly's blogs. It's like they pay people to make boilerplate "you are so wonderful" type comments.

As of September 15 Alex McCord Tweeted that as far as she knows she is still on The Real Housewives of New York City....

I can not imagine what rationale Bravo would have for dumping Alex. Then again, by what rationale did they add Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop to the cast? And by what rationale did Bravo keep the repugnant Zarin after her repugnant mistreatment of fan favorite Bethenny Frankel?

It's all very perplexing.

Note to Bravo and Andy Cohen. If you fire Alex McCord, I won't be watching the New York City Housewives anymore.

UPDATE: From Facebook, a Thursday, September 15, denial from Alex McCord regarding being "fired" from the Real Housewives of New York City. Along with some Facebook comments from fans of Alex...

Medina Mount Jarman Alex and Simon, I do hope you return. If not, I am sure there are other things in the works for you. LuAnne and Jill are very tiring to watch and their mean girls act is old. :)

Linda Lieberman Andy C could've just taken a vote - you WOULD be in -Jill-out

Dixie Leigh Hope we'll still see you this season. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE BLONDES. ALL OF THEM. RAMONA, SONJA, AND ALEX!

Suzanne Mourer Alex, I hope that you are still on. Jill was so mean, and I'm glad that she is off. Here's to many more years to come for you!

Merilyn Zallan Ulrich I was hoping that Jill, the Countess and Kelly were history...oh well. I can still hope. I also hope that you and Simon come back as the show won't be worth watching without the two of you.

Kellie Corrigan didn't understand the addition of Cindy.....the more they add the farther away from fun the show gets....LuAnn is a snob and Kelly is just plain impossible to watch. Maybe you & Simon shosuld do your own show...??

Vicki Troglen Haynes I just wrote a friend telling her that i would NO LONGER watch the show without you and Simon. I saw that news on an online magazine that you, Jill and Kelly had been fired. Fire them with Lu-Ann man and leave you alone please. Thanks so much Alex!!!!!

Laurel Stinnett If you and Simon go, then my days of watching ANY Bravo program will be over. I love the two of you. You are honest and forthright and GENUINELY kind and compassionate. You are not fakers like those pathetic aging harpies Jill, Kelly, and LuAnn. I agree that you should get your own show if Bravo fires you.

Penny White Roberts Bloom You have to stay...you and Simon make it more interesting especially the blondes are the most real.

Robin Goetzinger Alex I really hate to see you go. I want that fake red headed two faced mouth of a trucker Jill gone, crazy jelly beans for brains Kelly gone, classless COUNTLESS so called women/man who thinks she/he can sing LuLu gone and Cindy who can't be bothered with taking care of her children, so she pushes them off onto someone else. GONE GONE GONE GONE all of them.

Melissa Durbin It is all over the place that you are not going to be back on the show .I hope it's not true but if it is just see it as a chance to do something else . I will miss you so much on RHONY .I think they made a mistake in letting you go.

Maria Annette Sprouse Fore Alex..the RHNY will not be the same without you and your family, when I read the "supposed" firing of you I was quite upset, Love you on the show and it will not be the same without you, hope Bravo realizes that..........:)

Is Bravo Going to Do the Right Thing & Remove Cindy, Kelly & Jill from The Real Housewives of New York City?

The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion shot video for 9 exhausting hours. The majority of the footage shot did not make it to the 2 part, 3 hour Reunion Show.

One of those moments we did not see on the Reunion Show was Alex collapsing in relief, I assume, that the nightmare of dealing with the 4 Shrieking Monkeys known as the Gang of Brunettes, also known as Cindy Barshop, Krazy Kelly Bensimon, Jealous Jill Zarin and Classless Countess LouAnn, was over.

Of the Gang of Brunette housewives only one is an actual wife, that being Jill Zarin.

The male population of the planet is not big enough to find a mate for the sourpuss Barshop woman, so she had to couple with a turkey baster in order to become a mother.

I do not know if the reason Alex fainted on the couch was because Jill Zarin heartfeltedly apologized for being such a mean-spirited, bullying, heartless bitch to her, followed by the hug we see in the picture.

The Interwebs are full or rumors that a major shakeup is in the works for the Real Housewives of New York City. Andy Cohen made it real clear on Facebook and Twitter that he has heard, loud and clear, the viewer's disgust with the low-level of discourse on display by Cindy, Jill, Kelly and to a lesser degree, LouAnn.

Neil Patrick Harris told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live to dump the entire cast. That seems a bit drastic to me. The consensus on the Interwebs seems to be that definitely Cindy, Jill and Kelly need to go.

And that Kelly is definitely intellectually challenged. And mentally ill. I know I was very surprised that Bravo brought Kelly back after the entire St. John's mental meltdown spectacle. It seemed as if Bravo was exploiting mental illness for its entertainment value. Trouble is, viewer's do not find Kelly's mental illness entertaining, they find it troubling.

Supposedly filming for the 5th season of RHONY is to begin Labor Day weekend. Methinks somehow Bethenny Frankel, now that she actually is a New York housewife, needs to come back, combined with Ramona, Sonja and Alex, plus a couple other real housewives, who pass a psych test, and I think this failing Housewife franchise might recover its formerly high viewer numbers.

But, if Bravo brings back Cindy, Kelly and Jill, the viewers will indicate they have had enough. By not watching. I know I want to see, or hear, no more of those three.

I think it is Jill who soured the franchise. Last season with her insane vendetta against Bethenny. This season it was Alex and Ramona who Jill targeted.

Simply put, Jill is creepy. A very creepy mean girl consumed by jealousy. Think about who Jill really is. She is married to a shopkeeper. Jill does not own her own business, or have a job. Her husband, Bobby, may be a nice guy, but he seems clueless as to what an Uber Bitch he is married to. Defending her on St. Johns, talking to Simon about his non-existent mean Tweeting.

Meanwhile, Ramona is married to Mario. Mario is a good looking guy. Combining Mario's DNA with Ramona got them Avery. Combining Jill's DNA with Bobby got them Ally. Ramona has 5 businesses. She is a successful, talented woman. And much better looking than Jill.

Ramona can rock a bikini. Jill can not. Ramona is older than Jill. Yet in much better shape. Ramona is more popular with viewers than Jill. Which is yet one more thing Jill is jealous about. In her core Ramona is a nice person. In her core Jill is a bitter shrew.

Jill is also jealous of Alex. Alex is also better looking than Jill. And younger. And happily married. And talented. With a job, or two. In her core, Alex is a nice person. Very articulate. And sensitive. And, unlike Jill, not a bitch.

Jill Zarin is also very sensitive, but only as it pertains to her own hypersensitive feelings. Jill Zarin seems unable to empathize with others in a real way that involves being sensitive to the feelings of others.

Jill is consumed anger over how much the viewers have come to despise her once they figured out what a horrible human she is.

Some of the stunts Jill Zarin has pulled have been astonishing. Jill penned a bad advice book with her equally vile mother, Gloria, and her sister. The book tanked, sales-wise. Jill then made fake positive reviews on Amazon, using a fake name, Susann Saunders. Jill is so sloppy these comments were traced back to her computer's IP address.

Jill later had her hapless husband buy thousands of copies of her book so as to make it look like the anemic sales figures were not anemic sales figures. Meanwhile Bethenny had several best sellers, fueling Jill's seething jealousy.

To counter all the accurate comments on Jill's Facebook fan page, Twitter and who knows where else, Jill somehow hired minions to delete accurate comments from Facebook and post false positive comments.

On Jill's Bravo Blog there are two types of comments. Those that seem real, on target and legitimate and those that seem like they come from a boilerplate template, all with a "We love you Jill" theme.

No one in their right mind could possibly love Jill Zarin, reprehensible mean bullying lying rat that she is.

If Andy Cohen and Bravo want to have a large number of viewers for the opening of Season 5 of RHONY, let it be known that the firing of Jill, Kelly and Cindy will be shown.

If Andy Cohen and Bravo want their New York City Housewive franchise to totally tank, bring back Cindy, Kelly and Jill, for one more round of disgusting the viewers.

If Andy Cohen really heard loud and clear what the viewers where saying, what he heard.

Loud and Clear.

Was.

Get rid of Cindy, Kelly and Jill.

Thank you. I feel better now.

Part 2 of The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion Made It Real Clear Kelly Bensimon Needs to be Removed

Three seasons of Kelly Bensimon on The Real Housewives of New York City is enough.

The 3 hours reunion shows, broke in to two 90 minute long parts, were the final Kelly straw for me.

Crazy can be entertaining. Stupid can be funny. Clueless can be amusing.

But, Kelly's combo of crazy, stupid and clueless is not entertaining, funny or amusing.

It is just sad.

It is also sad that the producers of RHONY have let this insanity go on as long as they have.

I would have thought that last season's St. John's Scary Island episodes where Kelly's mental illness was clear for all to see would have been the end of having her on our TV screens.

Instead it is as if that did not happen.

Watching Kelly go after the voice of reason (compared to Kelly), Alex McCord, over and over again, screaming at Alex things that are actually true about Kelly, like Kelly screaming over and over again that Alex is "creepy."

That is Kelly in one of her creepy reunion moments in the screencap above.

And how many times did Kelly scream at Alex asking "Are you on crack? Are you high?" in response to a perfectly rational statement from Alex?

Reading the Interwebs it appalls me that there are some who watch this madness and are not able to see how completely in the wrong the Brunettes are. Luann, Jill, Kelly and Cindy are like some strange little deluded cult feeding on each other's lies, misconceptions and manipulations, while the lies and truth are clear to the viewers who are able to accurately process incoming data.

All the bullying of Alex by the Brunettes was disgusting. Alex has done nothing to deserve this.

Of the Brunettes the only one I can remotely tolerate is Countess Luann. Luann elevates her bad behavior behind elevated language, for the most part. Luann does not seem ugly in her core like the other 3 Brunettes.

I loved it when Alex told Luann she'd was giving her 2 "Thug in a Cocktail" t-shirts. To which Ramona chortled, with Luann making one of her typically condescending degrading remarks.

I wish what Alex would have said to Luann was "I have 2 Thug In a Cocktail t-shirts for you, one Extra Extra Large for you and a Small for Jacques."

Methinks, if Bravo wants to save the New York City housewive franchise, Kelly Bensimon definitely needs to go. Along with Cindy Barshop. Keep Jill Zarin just so you do have one vile villain who can articulate her vileness without sounding like a Kelly type nutjob.

I hope the Beverly Hills housewives deliver some good amusement when they start up in a couple weeks.

The Real Housewives of New York City Grows Insufferable Along With Countess LuAnn's Chic, C'est La Vie Video

Of the Bravo Housewive franchises, the New York City girls used to be my favorite. Til this latest season.

I'm not sure what all has gone all wrong. The loss of Bethenny? Adding Cindy Barshop? Keep crazy Kelly Bensimon? The insufferable hypocrisy of LuAnn, Jill and Kelly? Combo of all?

The fact that Countess LuAnn is totally tone deaf became totally clear last week when she sang a horrible song horribly to Jill, at Jill's birthday party.

Previews of new week's lame drama seemed largely to revolve around the fact that only Kelly and Jill showed up to be in LuAnn's video for her Chic, C'est La Vi song. LuAnn had invited all the girls.

After seeing the video methinks Ramona, Alex, Sonja and Cindy made a smart choice.

There were several things on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New York City that are examples of what's gone badly, sadly wrong.

One was watching Cindy try and handle one of her twins in a restaurant with her parents. Cindy seems to be totally devoid of any mothering instincts. It was as if she had never held her own kid before. Cindy had to call an employee to come take care of the baby. That was pathetic.

Cindy's bizarre Vajazzle Party, or whatever it was called, was totally creepy bizarre. A product launch party for a home hair removal kit, with people at the party having the product demonstrated on them. Including Simon.

I don't remember if it was at the Vajazzle Party or the Ramona/Sonja birthday party where Simon's simple request to Jill to have a private meeting soon had crazy Kelly and busybody LuAnn turning Simon into evil dastardly Simon the cyber bully mean tweeter.

Jill and Kelly are the meanest bullies on the show. And the biggest hypocrites. I don't think we have ever seen Simon being even remotely mean or bullying.

Then there was crazy Kelly's breakfast meeting with Alex. Kelly, this season, has mostly been able to keep under wraps the insanity we saw her display last year on Scary Island.

This meeting with Alex was very reminiscent of that meeting with Bethenny, when Kelly was the new girl on the show, where we learned that Kelly was up here, while Bethenny was down there and we also learned that Kelly was mentally ill.

Watching Alex try to have a sane conversation with insane Kelly was both painful to watch and strangely entertaining.

Also painful to watch and strangely entertaining is Countess LuAnn's Chic, C'est La Vie Video, which you can subject yourself to below...

The Real Housewives of New York City Needs to Get Rid of Cindy & Get Sonja Underwear

The latest was another strange episode of The Real Housewives of New York City.

That is either Johann or Francoise with mother Alex. If I had to guess I'd say it was Francoise who got a piano for his birthday. Francoise seemed to care less.

Then in her talking head comments, Alex would be saying things like how thrilled the kid was. Then we'd cut back to the kid not being thrilled.

It was very odd.

But not as odd as Sonja's toaster oven cooking lesson. Sonja's toaster oven looked antique, which the Countess pointed out. Why would anyone think it is easier to cook in a toaster oven than a real oven? Made no sense to me.

Sonja had Cindy come to her house so Sonja could educate Sonja regarding multiple bad Cindy behaviors, including, adding to the list, dancing with Sonja's houseboy upon arrival. Cindy lied to Sonja, telling Sonja that she had not told Kelly that Sonja was having Ramona come to her toaster oven demo.

To make clear Cindy was lying Bravo showed us a clip of Cindy telling Kelly what Cindy denies telling.

Now, back to Sonja before we get to Kelly. Sonja went to some baseball thing, involving NYC firemen who were in a calendar, with Sonja throwing the first pitch at a baseball game.

Was Sonja told to come dressed as some sort of cheap hooker? As you can see in the picture above, Sonja's outfit had her looking slightly preggers.

And then we were treated to a view of Sonja's backside when the wind blew her skirt up and kept it up.

This seemed to excite some of the firemen, even more so when Sonja had them take off half their clothes. One of the firemen told Sonja after the photo shoot they should exchange information.

That is a sophisticated way of saying I want to have your phone number. This is how Kim Zolciak snagged her latest baby daddy, Kroy Biermann, on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Kelly displayed a little crazy Kellyness this episode, bringing up Scary Island again. Being irrational about Ramona.

Kelly bugs me bad.

But not as bad as she used to. Now, after enough exposure to Kelly, I've learned a lot of what makes her annoying is because the poor girl is so damn dumb.

Kelly and Ramona had lunch together, with Sonja. That went well. Except for Kelly saying stuff that had Ramona's eyes bulging a bit.

Jill got back from Australia and met up with some of the housewives to give them Aussie trinkets. Jill's talking head told us she was no longer going to gossip. About 5 seconds later Jill was back gossiping.

Later, in several drawn out segments, Jill went to Alex's house where they had lunch and seemed to settle their differences, with Jill actually seeming to act like a decent human.

We'll see how long Jill being decent lasts.

I really can not stand Cindy. This is the best they could find in all of New York City?

In the previews for next week we saw Sonja's bare backside again. Rivetting television.

The Real Housewives Of New York City Is Currently Boring Without Bethenny

That is Ramona and her pinot grigio with her arm around the Bethenny replacement, Cindy Barshop, at Cindy's birthday party, that was not a birthday party, at some horse farm at what is, apparently, known as the downscale zone of the Hamptons on Long Island.

This latest episode of The Real Housewives of New York City may have been one of the most boring in Housewive Franchise history.

I'm starting to think the loss of Bethenny Frankel has left a HUGE hole that the remaining housewives, and the new one, can't fill.

Speaking of the new housewife, Cindy, who is not married and so is not a wife, along with Countess Luann and Kelly, who also have no husbands, I really do not like Cindy.

In all of New York City the RHONY producers could not do better than this?

I'm starting to wonder if the reason the New York girls had their show's premiere postponed was because it was realized how boring it was. So, they went back over their footage to see if there was some more material to work with.

For months Bravo milked "Thug in a Cocktail Dress" in promos. The "Thug in a Cocktail Dress" really turned out to be much ado about little.

This week it was Sonja falling off a horse that got the promo blitz. And that turned out to be nothing. We should have figured, after seeing Sonja's ample derriere exposed in the first episode's preview of the coming season, that Sonja had ample padding, on her backside, to easily overcome a hard landing on it.

Luann had a cocktail party at which Ramona provided a little drama by grilling Luann about leaving her kids in the Hamptons while she goes to NYC. To work on her music career. When Luann talks about working on her music career it seems even funnier than when Kim Zolciak does it.

Due to it being so boring I lose track of the sequence of events. At one point Sonja meets Cindy downtown for lunch. This turns into way too much about Cindy's problem with her teeth veneers. Which somehow had Cindy thinking it was okay to bail on the lunch she had invited Sonja to. But not before Sonja told Cindy she was planning on inviting Ramona to Sonja's toaster oven cooking lessons with Kelly. Which had Cindy advising against this.

Then at Luann's cocktail party Cindy got Kelly aside and warned her not to bring her kids to Sonja's toaster oven cooking lesson. This had Kelly scared as to what the threat could possibly be. This had Cindy swearing Kelly to secrecy, after which she informed her about Sonja's evil Ramona plan.

Despite promising discretion, Kelly then later confronted Sonja, on the beach, in the Hamptons, about the Ramona Intervention. Sonja tried to reason with Kelly, which we've learned is not possible, which soon had Kelly laying on the sand making sand angels.

There was an extremely boring segment at Luann's house in Southampton, with her daughter. Then boyfriend, Jacque, showed up where he got weird on the floor, talking to the dog. Jacque sort of creeps me out. He looks to be half the size of Luann. On Watch What Happens Live Luann said Jacque gets told a lot he looks like David Schwimmer and Adrian Brody. Can David and Adrian sue for such slander?

We saw a segment with Luann taking her son, Noel, to a skate shop, on Long Island, where Noel hawked the skateboards he has designed. I know Luann has been a bit cash strapped waiting for her singing career to take off, but putting the young teenager to work seemed a bit much. Noel has a website selling his skateboards. He calls his business Fancy Fool. He seems like a good kid.

Cindy made a big deal about a party at the aforementioned horse farm not being a birthday party, for her, because she never has birthday parties. But it turned out to be a big, weird birthday party. It was funny when Ramona arrived and demanded her pinot grigio. Before noon. And then Ramona wanted to ride a horse, but they would not allow her to take the reigns, instead leading Ramona around like a little drunk kid on a pony.

Cindy had a freak out because dip was on the buffet table. She's really weird.

Ramona then tried to confront Cindy's brother, Howie, about some remark he made about a cigar and Ramona's dead friend, Jeff. I sort of get Ramona's point. But can that woman carry a grudge? And always choose the wrong time to address it.

Jill returns from Australia in next week's episode. RHONY better pick up. There are battle lines drawn now. Cindy has royally pissed off Sonja. Crazy Kelly can return at any time. Ramona reliably provides amusement. I am somewhat optimistic that this week's episode was just a lull before a big crazy storm.

That is sort of hinted at the Housewive's blogs on the Bravo website. I've not seen so much sniping at each other on the blogs before. A lot of defensive spinning of the "facts." Reading the blogs was more entertaining than watching the show.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta: NeNe Terrorizes Kim On Bus Tour From Hell

The 3rd Season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta started with NeNe screaming like a Mad Banshee at Dwight at a party. Totally inappropriate behavior.

We are nearing the end of Season 3 and on the latest episode of RHOA NeNe was back in full Moose on a Rampage mode.

Except for a few moments spent with Phaedra and a few moments spent with Cynthia and her supposed husband to be, Peter, mixed in with a little Sheree, most of this episode was spent on Kim and Kandi's Bus Tour.

Kim is getting on every one's nerves. The constant need to smoke, the constant screaming for Sweetie, just the constant Kim apparently is very nerve wearing.

And then for some unfathomable reason Kim invited NeNe to join the Bus Gang in Orlando, to watch Kim perform before a packed arena, I mean strip mall bar, and then ride with the gang to Miami.

Kandi knew it was not going to go well having NeNe on board. Particularly after Sweetie managed to connect a laptop to NeNe's little "news" segment where NeNe used Kim to get her interviewee to open up by asking if Kim, at 32, was too old to be a pop star. And what the interviewee thought of Kim's Tardy for the Party song.

Kim took umbrage at NeNe mentioning her in this manner in her interview. But, the initial appearance of NeNe went fairly well in Orlando. NeNe went to the show. Made snide remarks to the camera. Was fairly civil to Kim. And drank a lot of wine.

After getting drunk, that night, NeNe made some disparaging remarks directed towards Kim, but Kim did not take umbrage. Directly.

And then, the next morning, back on the bus, on the way to Miami. I don't know what set if off, but soon NeNe was spewing all sorts of mean vitriol at Kim, belittling Kim's easily belittled "singing career." Among other things. NeNe even spouted out that Kim treated Sweetie like a slave. Sweetie took umbrage at that remark.

Kim snapped back a few times, which only made NeNe louder and more aggressive. Mostly Kim was in a defensive posture with a look of terror on her face, like you see in the above screenshot.

Finally NeNe went totally ballistic and lunged at Kim, which caused Kandi and the manager, I think his name is Don Juan, to restrain NeNe.

Kandi's sorta of bemused disgust at it all is sort of amusing to watch.

Another thing I learned on the bus is us White Folk often go about barefoot. This apparently is a well known fact. Which I type, as I sit here barefooted.

I don't remember any Phaedra gems of wisdom this episode. I do remember Phaedra's baby throwing up on Sheree. I think the baby watches the show.

And then there is Peter. Run Cynthia. Run fast. Don't marry this jerk. You invest a fortune in his restaurant. It starts to fail. He closes it without telling you. And then, when you are justifiably a bit upset at your misfortune, Peter tells you he no longer will tell you anything, because you get upset. Did I already say this guy is a jerk?

I don't get how a nice gal like Cynthia hooked up with that fuzzy gray bearded geezer.

NeNe was on the episode of Watch What Happens Live that followed the latest episode of RHOA. The woman has no self awareness. Seems not in the slightest embarrassed. And continues to demonize that easy target of Kim. Apparently the reunion show was filmed last week, where Kim and NeNe went at it some more and was the first they'd seen each other since the Battle on the Bus and the follow up Battle in Miami, which we saw a glimpse of in the previews for next week.

Is next week the last episode of the season? I don't know, for sure, but I am guessing it is, because The Real Housewives of New York City starts up real soon, with Sonja Morgan now bankrupt and morphed into being a thug in a cocktail dress.

And no Bethenny Frankel. And they have kept the obviously mentally ill Kelly Bensimon as one of the housewives. Who isn't married.

Real Housewives of New York City: Bravo Insider Gossip While Kelly & Jill Lunch at World Pie

You're looking at The Real Housewives of New York City's Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon outside of something called World pie, where they had lunch.

Jill Zarin continues her internet assault on Alex McCord, thus continuing to sink deeper and deeper into the Mean Girl hole Jill dug for herself over the course of the just completed 3rd season of RHONY.

A supposed, alleged Bravo insider has leaked Bravo's thinking as to what to do about the cast of RHONY. I'll copy that supposed insider info below.

But first I've got some Twitter Tweeting to copy.

First, Kelly Twittered to Jill, one of Kelly's now notoriously stupid Tweets. Kelly Tweeted @jillzarin, saying, "I loved lunch at World pie. I admire our friendship so much."

This Kelly comment prompted others to Tweet, like whatthatsaid who Tweeted, "Has anyone actually checked her diploma?"

Kelly supposedly attended Columbia University.

PenePan Tweeted, "What is Jill wearing? Some kind of diaper? And Kelly, besides needing to take an English course, learn some posture!"

Karabrah Tweeted, "If you studied at Columbia you'd know that you don't admire your own friendships. You admire others in their friendships and "treasure your friendships".

Poppymommy also Tweeted Kelly about her bad verbiage, "you really need to learn English -- I think you meant "treasure our friendship" how the hell does someone admire their own friendship?

And now the alleged memo from a Bravo insider....

Sonja – IN
Ramona – IN

Bravo has a small list of housewives they want to approach to come on the show. Up for replacement are:

Kelly – everyone saw this coming. Talk is they want to phase her out.

LuAnn – Bravo does not like BORING. She is tanking in polls, blogs, housewives chatter, etc. Corte was more popular.

Now things get interesting:
Bravo knows this show runs on drama. Guess what they want? Yes — ALEX and Jill drama. Sonja won’t engage. Ramona is an instigator not fighter.

Alex will be approached first. IF she says yes — then Jill will be signed. If Alex says no — Jill gets replaced.

If Jill had brains, she would stop all her stupid PR tricks of fighting during. She would stop all the trolls she has sent out fighting with Simon, Alex, and other bloggers. She might want to focus a little bit more on trying to look good. If Alex doesn’t come back then stick a fork in Jill – cuz she is done.

She also needs to back off her reunion comments about her not coming back if Alex comes back. She really needs to do something not housewives related to get fans back to liking her. Her “Q” rating is still declining.

Bethenny is the only one where it is up to her if she wants to or not. She is totally undecided right now but Bravo will wait for her. She has several weeks to make a decision.

Karma — it’s like a gift from baby jesus. It just keeps giving and giving.

Again – just gossip – but it comes from inside the NBC walls. Please understand that I can not say more about the source. You can take it for what its worth which I know isn’t much but time will tell.

The Real Housewives of New York City: The Kelly Bensimon Problem & Jill Zarin's Continuing Madness

The just completed 3rd season of The Real Housewives of New York City is a gift that just keeps giving. Kelly Bensimon continues to cluelessly cement her crazy girl reputation in a variety of ways. With one being Kelly's Twitter Tweets. Or, what she calls "sound bites."

On the 3rd hour of the reunion Kelly's tweets came up, to which Jill reacted with an "oh no, not Kelly's tweets." Andy Cohen inquired as to the why of Jill's "oh no." To which Jill replied something like "Kelly's tweets make no sense, I can't understand them."

In the past week Kelly twittered a series of tweets that when compiled together in a sort of paragraph seem to be saying she is working with Bravo to find new housewives.

This is what Kelly said....

"I am def coming back if they change the cast. Dynasty with no money or power is over ah? No. Its called bored with filming with fake "reality stars," ahh hello. Are we not watching the same show! I am helping them find real Yorkers who inspire, not made for tv "faux celebs." Whats wrong with life being rainbows and jellybeans? thats the best kind of life to live. We cant all be bitter and materialistic."

Regarding Bravo and who will be a New York City Housewife one viewer opined with the following...

"Well, it's gonna be interesting to see how the negotiations go and who returns. I suspect they will all be asked back except for maybe Kelly. I'm not sure bravo wants that liability on their hands, but than again I'm sure they will weigh the negative against the possible ratings bonanza and decide. It seems to me that if it was as bad in St. John as they say, and bravo chose not to air a lot of the footage, they must know they've got a problem they may not be able to handle and will choose to cut Kelly loose.

I'm kind of on the fence about Luann. I'm not sure she brings a lot to the table, but they may keep her so Jill will have a sidekick since Jen didn't seem to work out. But, who knows, Bravo might give Jen another shot. I think they may be trying to figure out who to keep, Jen or Luann.

Jill will definitely be back. I think she'd do it for free if they asked her. She's on a mission to rehabilitate herself and win back her once adoring fans. They know Jill is ratings gold.

I think Alex has secured her spot and they know Jill and Alex on the same show will be what everybody wants to see.

Sonja has become very popular in a short period of time. She's a shoe in.

I think Bethenny has an open spot if she decides to return. I'm sure bravo is trying to shore up some kind of deal with her as well.

I left out Ramona. Of course she'll be back, that's a given."

Now, I agree with the above viewer about Kelly Bensimon. And, near as I can tell, most viewers agree. It was entertaining watching a person gradually make obvious that they are mentally ill or suffer from some serious psychological disorder. But, after this turned, well, borderline tragic, in St. John, well, at that point it turned into uncomfortable viewing.

With the uncomfortable viewing continuing through the reunion shows.

I don't see how Bravo can continue to film Kelly Bensimon, unless it is in a new show where we see her getting therapy from Dr. Phil or Dr. Drew. Or some other doctor. It is not an option to continue to film and display Kelly's serious disconnect from reality. Which really is ironic, it being a reality show, afterall.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Change of subject to Jill. This is another housewife in dire need of therapy. Perhaps Jill should also be removed from RHONY. Maybe Jill and Kelly could do a show together. Jill & Kelly Get Help! That'd be a catchy title.

Jill Zarin is currently in full pit bull attack mode against sweet, totally non-toxic Alex McCord. Remember when Jill had her lunch with Bethenny and told Bethenny that Alex was toxic, and that Bethenny had not seen the toxic side of Alex.

Remember that all Alex really did was shove some reality in Jill's homely mug, telling Jill that she was in high school and a mean girl.

So, what does Jill, who wakes up each day trying to be a better person, do? Jill now directs her mean girl, high school act directly at Alex. Once more Jill is totally miscalculating and is only digging herself deeper into the Reality TV Star Hall of Infamous Villains.

One viewer characterized the Jill problem rather succinctly...

"Nothing can be Jill's fault. She can't attack Bethenny, since that didn't work for her.

Alex and Bethenny hang out. Alex was welcome at the hospital after the birth. Alex gave Bethenny a baby shower. Alex is on Bethenny's show. Alex attended Bethenny's wedding. Alex is getting air time. Alex, Ramona, and Bethenny continue to call each other and hang out together.

Jill is jealous and furious that she isn't getting the Bethenny-glow fall out and extra TV time, and that Alex is.

Also? Alex stood up to her, called her a mean girl in high school, and told her to shut up, she was speaking.

As usual, Jill's evil plans are backfiring, because her feud with Alex is making Alex MORE valuable to Bravo.

I think Jill's a hater. She has to have someone to blame for whatever isn't her way or anything else under the sun.

Jill's probably done it her whole life. She probably learned it from her mother, Gloria. Jill never stopped hating - she just transferred the hate from Bethenny to Alex.

I think Jill thrives on negative energy, instead of positive energy. Many people do. She should see a doctor and take Kelly with her."

Okay, that's all for now about Kelly Bensimon and Jill Zarin and their depraved, demented, disgusting dealings.

The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion Part 3: More Crazy Kelly, Bethenny Hugs Jill

Part 3 of The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion Show was almost a Part too many. It seemed like more of the same. Two hours of it were great. The third hour, not so much.

Listening to Kelly's incoherent babble is frustrating after awhile. It makes me want it to be a courtroom where the judge orders her to answer the question.

At the end of Part 2 Kelly stormed off the set. At the start of Part 3 the girls talk about how demented Kelly is and how hopeless it is to try and make sense of the Kelly mess.

And then Kelly returns as if nothing really happened. And then more Kooky Kelly talk starts up.

And Andy Cohen lends way too much credence to Kelly's inane insane mind ramblings, as if he is trying to re-interpret her convoluted, contradictory gibberish into something that makes sense.

If only Andy Cohen had gone after Kelly's weirdness with the intensity he went after Countess LuAnn regarding her ex-husband, the Count's, possible anti-semite attitudes.

Sonja put on display, again, why viewers have readily adopted her as a favorite. Sonja is a well-spoken, self-deprecating, self-aware, intelligent, funny voice of reason. Sort of the total opposite of Kelly.

In the last segment Andy asked each of the housewives if they'd return for another season. Alex and Sonja were enthusiastic. LuAnn sort of enthusiastic, as was Ramona. Kelly, as usual, made no sense, but she'd love to come back. And Bethenny and Jill have doubts about returning.

And then, the predictable end. After a couple tearful exchanges, Jill asked Bethenny if she could give her a hug. Bethenny nodded her assent. Jill then clumsily wobbled over to Bethenny on those ridiculous neon green high heel hooker shoes that have become a real eyesore after 3 hours.

And then Andy wrapped it up, saying it was ending happy, just like it liked to end things.

It did not seem all that happy to me. A happy ending would have been Kelly being physically removed, wrapped in a straight jacket.

The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion Show Part 3 Tonight

The latest iteration of The Real Housewives of New York City, aka RHONY, comes to a merciful, I hope, end tonight, with Part 3 of the extremely entertaining, so far, Reunion Show.

In Part 2, Kelly Bensimon brought out the gibberish spouting, clueless lunatic. Again. Apparently, according to what I've read in more than one location, Kelly believes she is creating great television. And is quite proud of this accomplishment.

That is self-proclaimed super shy person, Kelly Bensimon, in the picture, wearing more than when the super shy girl wore nothing in Playboy.

Meanwhile, Jill Zarin's plan to rehabilitate her un-rehabilitatable reputation went all asunder, when Jill ignored the advice of her paid PR people and went on various rampages, again revealing Jill's true nature. A very ugly, mean-spirited, sort of stupid, nature.

Unable to control the flood of constant criticism on her Facebook Fan Page, Jill did what any spoiled brat does when she doesn't get her way, Jill took her toys away from the other kids, or in this case, removed her Facebook page.

I assume Jill has also given up on Twitter. She was displaying all sorts of malignant thinking on Twitter.

Back to Kelly. Survivor Sucks is my favorite source for TV show info. And, well, gossip. You can find RHONY in the Other Shows That Suck section of Survivor Sucks.

This morning on Survivor Sucks I read some speculation about Kelly's loony behavior being booze caused. This speculation was started by someone repeating what a former nanny, employed by Kelly Bensimon, allegedly said.

I'll copy and paste some of the comments regarding Kelly and an alcohol problem below...

Kelly Bensimon's former nanny says Kelly starts her day by spiking her coffee with tequila. The nanny was the fourth person in four months to work for Kelly, and at Kelly's daughter's school, the lady at the front desk told the nanny: "I hope you don't have a breakdown like the last lady."

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I swear, I knew she was an alcoholic. I really think it's what's caused her serious brain damage in addition to her other psychological problems. She is way too adamant about the whole "I really don't drink" thing. Yeah, maybe not in front of people.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah, she doesn't drink but she's pimping out the drink she just invented. ugh.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I thought about the alcohol thing too, but her words are hardly ever slurred, and she gets up at the crack of dawn to go to yoga and then run thru the streets of NYC. What alchie is able to pull all that off?

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know, but I'm thinking big time bi polar that won't take her meds.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just think Kelly isn't very bright..and tries to use things she's heard other people say but disremembers the context..so she comes off crazy..and yes..add anger issues..her kids are bright though.

Okay, that's the end of the Kelly the Drunk comments. I also thought it odd during Part 2 of the Reunion Show when the subject of Kelly's loopy comment of making lemonade out of lemons malapropism came up. Kelly then said she'd been inspired by that comment to invent a drink called Kellyade. If I remember right Kellyade is lemonade mixed with Tequila.

I've been around extremely stupid people when they consume alcohol. The effect is way different than when extremely smart people consume alcohol. As in stupid people, like Kelly, are very quickly effected by a very small amount of alcohol. Their stupidity is quickly amped up, as is their confidence that what they have to say is not stupid. Being under the influence when she's being particularly crazy may be why Kelly does not seem to remember what actually happened. Even when she sees it on video.

Looking forward to tonight. Particularly the moment when Jill pushes Ramona into getting stomping mad. And Kelly not remembering what she'd told Ramona about Kelly's inability to feel anything.

The highlight of the Reunion Show will be at the end, when Andy Cohen announces that Kelly Bensimon will not be returning. Okay, change "will" to "would" and the previous sentence becomes true.

See you at Survivor Sucks after the show!

Real Housewife of New York Kelly Bensimon's PSA about Systemic Bullying

Kelly Bensimon brought her patented madness to Monday night's Part 2 of the Real Housewives of New York City Reunion.

Crazy Kelly's revisionist history regarding her mentally ill breakdown in St. Johns on the U.S. Virgin Islands, where Kelly spins that she was the victim of systemic bullying, a spin first revealed on her Bravo Blog and then in a bizarre YouTube video, was the tactic Kelly used when confronted, by Andy Cohen, via video clips showing her appallingly bad behavior and bullying of Ramona, Bethenny, Alex and Sonja.

Reading various TV forums, this morning, the consensus seems to be that the Kelly thing has now gone too far, that Bravo is being unethical in continuing to put this obviously mentally ill woman on our TV screens. Even though it makes for some dementedly bizarre train wreck TV viewing, it just does not seem right to put this sadly, badly damaged woman in the public eye.

Bravo needs to do some sort of intervention. Maybe get Dr. Drew or Phil to give Kelly some heavy duty therapy.

And should not Child Protective Services be checking in on the welfare of Kelly's kids?

Anyway, below is Kelly's Systemic Bullying Public Service Announcement, with commenting disabled and the following blurb describing the video, in typical Kelly nonsensical fashion...

"Kelly Killoren Bensimon uses her experience with systematic bullying on the RHNYC to teach people how to handle the situation. Don't compete!"

The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion: Kelly Goes Crazy on Part 2

Well. Part 2 of the 3 Part Real Housewives of New York City Reunion Show delivered.

Predictably, made predictable by the previews, Part 2 ends with Kelly storming off the set.

The pre-Crazy Kelly part mainly focused on a lot of Jill bashing. It was relentless. Jill would have a flash or two of temper and fight back, at times. But Jill was pretty much a beat up mess.

Finally, Andy Cohen asked one Jill question too many, so Bethenny called a halt to the firing squad.

We then quickly moved on to Sonja Morgan arriving with her patented style of good humor and calming affect. We got a little preview of the upcoming Crazy Kelly when the discussion turned to one night stands.

And then it was time for Kelly.

Bravo and Andy Cohen did what I hoped they'd do, but didn't think they would. They showed a lot of the footage of Kelly's crazy behavior on the yacht and villa on the Virgin Islands.

I wanted Kelly to be asked directly about what we all saw. Andy asked, and Kelly went off into Crazy Kelly land. It was as bizarre as the meltdown on the island.

Kelly went on about being systemically bullied, on and on with a totally distorted version of what really happened. Ramona, Alex, and Bethenny looked to be having some sort of post-traumatic stress reaction.

Eventually LuAnn tried to diplomatically point out to Crazy Kelly that it was Kelly's behavior that appeared to be the instigator.

It really was astonishing to watch Kelly go to her lunatic side. Again. At one point Kelly insisted, as she has in the press, that Bravo forced her to go on that trip. Andy Cohen, a Bravo executive, corrected Kelly. Several times. Saying no, she was not forced to go. Kelly then turned her craziness on Cohen.

Andy Cohen started the Kelly segment by saying the breakdown disturbed viewers and was difficult TV to watch. Or words to that effect. Right in front of Kelly he says this. We then watch the footage. Along with Kelly.

After which Kelly does her twisted spin that makes no sense.

Finally, Bethenny could take it no more, called Kelly on the idiotic psychotic nonsense, saying, again, that Kelly needs help, that she has a personality disorder.

Kelly then stormed off the set. Followed by "To Be Continued...."

Now, I'm thinking, this was so bad tonight, there can be no denying, by anyone, now, that there is not something seriously wrong with Kelly Bensimon. It is wrong that she is being put on TV in her obvious state of mental ill health.

It was just very troubling. I can't wait til Part 3. In 3 days.

Jill Zarin & Her Equally Disturbing Mother Gloria Kamen

That is Jill Zarin on the left and her mother, Gloria Kamen, next to her.

This is a very flattering picture. It appears to me, when you see Gloria in all her glory on the TV screen, that she was enamored of the work of Leona Helmsley's plastic surgeon and so engaged his services. To equally disturbing results.

Most viewers of The Real Housewives of New York City have been appalled and disgusted by the over the top mean girl behavior of Jill Zarin, who's sense of entitlement is so out of bounds with reality that in many ways she is more of a mentally ill train wreck than that sad case of paranoid hysteria known as Kelly Bensimon.

Jill Zarin managed a reality TV show wonder this season, going from being a fan favorite to being one of the all time despised villains.

Jill's mother also saw her previous positive image reversed, as we saw Jill's real mom, Gloria, for the first time, as the overbearing, mean-spirited, bitter shrew of an old lady, that she actually is.

The idea that Jill, Gloria and sister Lisa thought they had the credentials to write a book of advice is real revealing. It's like Elizabeth Taylor writing a book about how to have a long term marriage. Or Hillary Clinton writing a book about how to keep your husband faithful. Or Rush Limbaugh writing a book about how to be reasonable and fair-minded.

Well, you get the drift.

Jill is so obviously damaged by that a shrew of a mother who raised her. Jill is still seeking Gloria's approval. Like arranging that pathetic glamorous book cover photo shoot, hoping to make mommy happy, instead Gloria complained that "Mother is not HAPPY," and "That fan is making my breasts cold."

I assume, by fan, Gloria meant a device blowing wind and not one of her legion of viewer critics.

It seems clear that the "fan" attention that Jill got from the first 2 seasons of RHONY totally warped her. She convinced herself she was the star of the show. This set her up to be really upset when it became clear who the real star was. As in, Bethenny Frankel.

And then for Jill to see herself greatly eclipsed by Alex and Ramona and Sonja, now all fan favorites, while Jill has been stuck in the TV Doghouse, well, it's quite an appropriate comeuppance.

Jill Zarin has so many firestorm disasters she tries to put out. Her book got slammed on Amazon with bad reviews. So, Jill logged in as Sharon Saunders and wrote a fake positive review. It was quickly obvious due to various identifiers that Sharon was Jill. This brought much followup humiliation.

A non-Jill fan in Chicago, Lynn, has an anti-Jill website where she recently encouraged her readers to flood Jill with snail mail letting Jill know what they think of her. Jill countered by claiming she'd involved the police and post office inspectors to stop this assault.

Jill's Facebook and Twitter pages are flooded with fans giving her the bad girl bitch slapping she so richly deserves. Jill. or a rumored paid lackey, delete the comments as quickly as they can.

I have read various analyses of the bizarre Jill behavior we have witnessed. Some simply say she is a classic case of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Maybe so.

I think that Alex and others got it right. Jill did not have a good time in high school. She was not one of the popular girls, due to both her mean-spirit selfishness and being a rather homely little plump girl. Jill learned to make mean girl snarky comments to overcompensate for her raging insecurity.

And then Jill becomes a Real New York City Housewife. For the first time ever she is one of the "popular" girls. Or so she thinks. But then Jill sees the real "popular" RHONY girls get that special treatment she has always been denied, Jill flips, and the totally mean, totally wrong, totally pathetic high school version of Jill comes to the foreground.

And that is the Jill Zarin we saw this season. The real Jill.

I really don't think Jill Zarin can recover. I'm thinking it'd likely be best for her to retire from the show, concentrate on Zarin Fabrics and greatly limit contact with her extremely toxic mother, Gloria Kamen.

And say I'm sorry to Bethenny Frankel and Alex McCord every opportunity she gets. Til she learns to mean it.

The Real Housewives of New York City: Greasy Bobby Zarin

Well, currently, my favorite show on TV is The Real Housewives of New York City.

Along with everyone else, I am loving the new housewife, Sonja Morgan.

Also along with most every one else, the behavior of Kelly Bensimon has gone into such weird, new territory, that I'm with the majority. She is so unstable, shown again in 2 incidents in the latest episode, those being her meeting with LuAnn, Jill and Jennifer and then Kelly's confrontation with Ramona at Jill's strange ice skating party.

It is so clear and obvious that Kelly is not well and needs help, Bravo really should sort of be ashamed of itself. Maybe redemption in some form is coming.

With Kelly, I now actually feel sorry for her, due to the shocking revelation of how messed up she is. But I do not feel sorry for Jill Zarin. Jill is one of the most, if not the most reprehensible characters I've ever witnessed on a Reality TV Show.

Go here for a funny take on the mess Jill Zarin has made for herself...

Up til the most recent episode I found Jill's long-suffering husband, Bobby Zarin, to be a somewhat likable sort. But this week he seemed as deluded as Jill regarding their invasion of the St. John's vacation party.

I don't know if you've ever heard this, but Bobby Zarin has a successful business called Zarin Fabrics. His wife Jill pretends to work there. It appears Bobby Zarin is quite wealthy. So, why can't he do something about his appearance? I dunno, maybe hire a makeover artist.

Why is Bobby's hair always so greasy? Why the beard? What's with the constant sunglasses? Bobby Zarin looks like a guy who should be running an Adult Video Store, not a fabric store.

One more episode of RHONY to go. Will Bethenny patch it up with Jill? Will Jill's attempts at damage control do her any good? Will Jill go to Ramona's Renewal Wedding? Will Kelly? Will I want to buy LuAnn's hit single? Is Kelly going to have one more epic breakdown in the final episode? Or will that happen at the reunion, which is being touted as drama filled.

And one more thing, if you would have told me during the first season of RHONY that by season three I would like Simon and Alex, particularly Alex, I would not have been able to imagine how such a thing could happen. But it has. This is the type thing that causes me to like Reality TV.

The Real Housewives of New York City's Kelly Bensimon's Insane Craziness

I have not watched, yet, the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. I did see, this morning, that people were Googling various variations of "Kelly Bensimon Insane."

Up til last week's episode I'd been sort of slightly liking Kelly, this season. She seemed to be somewhat redeeming herself from last season's bizarre senseless confrontations with fan favorite, Bethenny Frankel.

And then we get last week's episode, aboard a yacht named Olga, where Kelly reverted to crazy, even crazier than any of the crazy Kelly behavior we'd seen before.

It started when Kelly tried to shut the other women down when the subject of the other mentally ill housewife, Jill Zarin, came up. Kelly said they were making lemonade out of lemons, and, with that bit of nonsense, Kelly got up and crashed into a glass door, spewing more nonsense on her way.

A short time later Kelly returns, references her timeout, seems to be acting normal. Now, me sitting there watching, thought to myself, what did she do? Leave the ladies so that she could take some medication because she had detected she'd slipped into a psychotic episode?

Later, after it appeared too much alcohol had been consumed, Kelly, stone cold sober Bethenny and my new favorite housewife, Sonja Morgan, sat talking. Ramona and Alex had escaped to the Hooters Yacht. Bethenny and Sonja were having a perfectly normal conversation when suddenly Kelly turned in to a Psycho Bitch again.

Kelly heaped all sorts of mean things on newly pregnant, newly fatherless, Bethenny, topping it off with the extremely strange assertion that Bethenny is a cook, not a chef.

In the week since her most recent humiliation, Kelly wrote, on her Bravo blog, that she was embarrassed, but did not elaborate. However, despite her alleged embarrassment, this week, on her Twitter account, Kelly has been Tweeting more insanity.

Now, I agree with Bethenny that this is one stupid broad. She seems befuddled by the simplest of things. I mean, it has been a year and she still does not understand Bethenny's Madonna remark or the Kelly comes from a place of no remark, blowing the remarks way way out of proportion.

We have now seen enough of Kelly's psychotic behavior to see how it is she came to assault her ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Stefanov.

Now, while I find watching a train wreck like Kelly Bensimon to be entertaining, I'm also thinking that this is a much more serious case of mental illness than we are watching with Jill Zarin. I think Kelly is in dire need of serious help, while I think Jill is in dire need of a spanking, a time out and a bitch slapping, more harshly delivered than those administered by Alex.

I am looking forward, sort of, to seeing how demented Kelly behaved this week. I know that accusing Bethenny of trying to kill her is part of it. And fellow mentally ill housewife, Jill, shows up briefly, likely amping up the insanity.

The reunion show for this season should deliver. Unless Kelly is thoroughly sedated.

The Real Housewives Of New York City Season 3: Bethenny Gets Naked For PETA Kelly Gets Naked for Playboy

Well, the first episode of Season 3 of The Real Housewives of New York City did not disappoint.

We opened with 50 something Ramona Singer on a yacht, awaiting the arrival of Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Jill Zarin and Alex McCord, sans Simon.

Ramona was wearing a midriff baring bikini like thing that Jill let be known she thought inappropriate for someone of Ramona's advanced age. Of course, Jill did not share this opinion with Ramona, just with the audience, so Ramona got to hear it with the rest of us, obvious future fight fodder at the reunion show.

These girls really hold on to grudges. LuAnn seems to be oozing with issues. On the boat she confronted Ramona about Ramona's husband Mario's remark at some photo shoot, where the photographer asked for the Countess, to which Mario said something like "you mean Countless?"

This did not seem to me to be something worth taking umbrage over, it was sort of funny. But LuAnn was all sorts of hurt over it. Jill opined in. Pretty soon Ramona went into drunken Ramona brittle mode and we had the first fight of the new season.

Previous to that we learned, from Jill, that she and Bethenny were no long BFF's, due to Bethenny committing the unpardonable horror of suggesting, on the phone, that Jill get a hobby.

These people really need some real problems.

Then we saw Bethenny get naked on a New York City rooftop, posing for PETA's I'd Rather Be Naked Than Wear Fur campaign. We pretty much saw Bethenny's bare butt, which later upset the latest love of her life, I think the name was Jason. He seemed normal. How is he going to fit in with these nutcases?

We first saw Crazy Kelly Bensimon when LuAnn and Jill showed up for drinks at Kelly's invitation. Kelly seems to have been re-invented as a chastised ex-boy friend beating chagrined ex-convict. There was some dissing of Bethenny. Well, a lot of dissing. By this time we'd heard Bethenny's version of the problem with Jill. Per the norm, Bethenny's version seems far more elevated and sensible than Jill's.

Then we saw Bethenny and boyfriend out in, I think, the Hamptons, then the boyfriend dropping Bethenny off for a drink meet with LuAnn. Bethenny had driven 2 hours for this drink meet. LuAnn started it off awkward by asking for it to be made clear who was paying for the drinks. Bethenny had a totally appropriate WTF expression on her face. She may also have said the words represented by WTF.

Like I said, LuAnn can hold a grudge. Apparently Bethenny had invited LuAnn to go take surfing lessons, years ago. Bethenny got hit with the bill. Bethenny remarked to the camera how is it that I, the poorest of these people, always gets hit with the bill?

Apparently LuAnn did not see the humor, held onto this, and then hit Bethenny with it at the drink encounter. It was bizarre. I agree with those who say LuAnn really needs to read an etiquette book. Etiquette Rule #1 is always make people feel comfortable. I've been on the receiving end of LuAnn sorts. They are very difficult to deal with.

Funniest part was Bethenny promising never to say bad stuff behind LuAnn's back and then cut to talking to the audience, ending whatever Bethenny was saying with "You nutcase Drag Queen" or something like that. Drag Queen was part of it, I don't exactly remember the preceding phrase. I suspect the Drag Queen remark will be heard again.

I'm sure I'm forgetting things. Oh, Jill's husband went through a cancer episode. Bethenny did not show sufficient concern. LuAnn's divorce was troubling. Bethenny did not show sufficient concern.

Previews showed a lot of good fighting, including the scene you see in the picture at the top, of Kelly's face looking in pain, with Bethenny yelling at her. Can't wait.

In the meantime I learned last night that I need to see the March issue of Playboy. I was channel chasing and came upon the Joy Behar Show on one of the cable news stations, CNN, FOX or MSNBC. I suspect it was the latter.

Anyway, new best friends, Jill, LuAnn and Kelly were getting grilled by Joy. During this grilling is when I learned that Kelly has taken her clothes off for Playboy and was on the cover. Kelly's ex-husband, Gilles Bensimon, took the photos.

Joy asked, what about the children, how can you forget about the children? Kelly responded that she talked it over with her kids for their input about mommy getting naked for a magazine. The kids were fine with it and very proud that Hugh Hefner wanted to see their 40 something mommy naked.

What struck me as odd, among many odd things striking me, was last season, on Halloween, we saw Kelly walking the streets of New York in her skimpy Jane outfit, next to Max being Tarzan. Kelly remarked that she was costumed conservatively, due to, you know, she has kids.

And, now, a short time later, the kids can take mommy to show and tell at school to show off her magazine spread. A couple weeks ago Bart Simpson went through similar humiliation when his mom, Marge, posed scantily for a charity calendar. But, not as skimpily as Kelly in Playboy.

Looking forward to next week's fights on The Real Housewives of New York City. I wonder how Ramona is going to react to Kelly getting naked in Playboy?
