Levi Johnston Takes Back Apology To Grandma Sarah Palin While Running For Mayor of Wasilla

I don't know what Levi apologized to his baby, Tripp's, grandma, Sarah Palin, for. Apparently the apology took place in People Magazine with Levi now regretting apologizing.

I wonder if Levi regrets taking his clothes off for Playgirl Magazine? If I were he, I would.

I wonder if Levi and Kathy Griffin are back dating again, now that Levi and his baby mama, Bristol Palin have decided not to get married. Again.

Meanwhile, Levi has decided to run for Mayor of Wasilla, the same office Sarah Palin held before she became governor of Alaska for 2 years, before quitting.

A Reality TV Show is being pitched to the networks, starring Levi. It is called Loving Levi: Road to the Mayor's Office.

I am thinking a lot of high hilarity should ensue. Surely Bravo can find room for Levi's show? I'm sure Kathy Griffin will show up in Wasilla to campaign for Levi, taking her Life on the D List show with her.

Kathy Griffin Heartbroken Over Levi Johnston Engagement to Bristol Palin

When I read yesterday that Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin are getting married my first thought was wondering how Kathy Griffin would handle this latest heartbreak.

Last week. Or was it the week before, I blogged about Kathy Griffin's My Life on the D-List's trip to Alaska, where Kathy spent some quality time with her young lover.

Apparently Levi and Bristol decided to get married a couple weeks ago. Bristol was a bit worried about telling her volatile mother the happy news.

Bristol is on her own, living in a condo in Anchorage, where Levi answered the door when reporters knocked on it. But, Levi claims he is not yet living with Bristol and their baby, Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston.

Sarah Palin's spokesperson issued a statement, on Sarah's behalf, that sort of gave her blessing, saying she and Todd "want what's best for their children and that Bristol believes in "redemption and forgiveness."

Supposedly Bristol blames Sarah for the breakup, telling People magazine that if her mom had not been a VP candidate that she and Levi would already be married and would never have split.

During the course of the bitter word battle between Sarah and Levi, his future mother-in-law mocked him as "Ricky Hollywood" and, referring to Levi's getting naked for Playgirl, said he was aspiring to have a career in porn.

Some reports say Bristol has told her mom she and Levi are getting married. Other reports say she has not. Apparently upon hearing the news, by whatever means, Levi's future father-in-law, Todd, took off with one of Bristol's sisters named after a tree, I think Aspen or Willow, and headed to Denali National Park to hopefully blow off steam.

Meanwhile, Levi Johnston continues to be the mature one in this mix, issuing the following statement, "Last year, after Bristol and I broke up, I was unhappy and a little angry. Unfortunately, against my better judgment, I publicly said things about the Palins that were not completely true. I have already privately apologized to Todd and Sarah. Since my statements were public, I owe it to the Palins to publicly apologize."

And then there is poor ol' lovelorn, loveworn, Kathy Griffin. This morning she has been pining her pain over losing Levi, on Twitter. I'll copy and paste a couple of Kathy's Twats...

Kathy Griffin's My Life on the D-List: Beauty Pageants & Love Affair with Levi Johnston

Last week's episode of Kathy Griffin's My Life on the D-List, where Kathy and her mom were judges in an Ontario, California little girl beauty pageant, had me laughing more than I can remember laughing since I don't know when.

The little girl beauty queens and their moms were just so totally absurd, particularly the infant beauty queens. And then Kathy's commentary added to the bad case of the giggles.

And then Kathy put on some pageant outfits. More hilarity, added to by her mom finding some of it embarrassing.

This week Kathy took Team Griffin up to Alaska, to Anchorage for a show and to Wasilla to hook up with her 19 year old loverboy, Bristol Palin's baby daddy, Levi Johnston.

Levi took Kathy to see the current Wasilla mayor, who refused to see her. But Kathy did get the mayor's copy of a Victoria's Secret catalog.

Then it was on to drop in on Sarah Palin, who was not home. So, Kathy left Sarah a note inviting Sarah and Todd to her show.

Levi then took Kathy ice fishing and snow mobiling. Kathy also got in some Iditarod type dog-sledding. Without Levi's help.

Kathy was a bit concerned that her Sarah Palin comic material might be offensive to Alaskans. Levi assured Kathy that there are plenty of Alaskans who are not Palin fans.

Levi and Kathy held a book signing at Borders. Kathy had the book. Levi was going to sign copies of the issue of Playgirl where he bared a lot of Levi. Borders would not let people buy a Playgirl and have it signed by Levi. But, a lot of boys and girls smuggled in a copy for Levi to sign.

Kathy had not seen Levi's Playgirl til she got to Alaska. Kathy looked at the pictures and said to Levi, "That is your bare ass there." Or something like that. To which Levi replied, "Don't act like you haven't seen it before."

Levi has a droll, slow sense of humor. I think he and Kathy make a great couple.

The episode ended with the show in Anchorage going well. Levi led Kathy on stage. Kathy then tested the Sarah waters, found them safe, and informed the audience that tonight Sarah is going down. I assume that means Sarah was about to provide a lot of comic fodder. But we didn't get to hear it.

Kathy Griffin: My Life On The D-List Visit With Liza Minelli

The latest iteration of Kathy Griffin: My Life On The D-List premiered last night. As usual, Kathy Griffin was very amusing.

The episode revolved around Kathy's guest appearance on Law & Order SVU. playing a lesbian named Babs Duffy.

Kathy was not having an easy time with acting. So, she called Liza Minelli to ask if she could drop in from some acting tutoring.

I've not seen Liza Minelli since her guest starring on Arrested Development, playing Lucille Austero. Well, Liza is looking real good, very smart and funny. Liza needs to be on TV. Or in the movies. Way more often.

I like Kathy Griffin a lot. I really think she should hire me to help Tom assist her. I think Kathy Griffin is a cute little thing.

When she is in full makeup.

Last night Kathy had her makeup artist totally tart her up to reflect Kathy's lesbian vision for Babs Duffy.

But, that vision did not match what the Law & Order creative forces wanted. Their version of Babs Duffy was not a Lipstick Lesbian. Instead it was a lesbian devoid of any makeup.

Kathy Griffin devoid of any makeup still sort of looked like Kathy Griffin.

Sort of.
