No More Celebrity Apprentice After Latest Bizarrely Stupid Episode Ends With Firing of Adam Carolla & Michael Andretti

I don't know why I set my DVR to record The Celebrity Apprentice on this latest season. To see if Clay Aiken was amusing? To see if Teresa Giudice was as embarrassing as NeNe Leakes?

I have never made it through a season of The Celebrity Apprentice.

I did watch entire seasons of the original The Apprentice. That was before the show Jumped the Shark with the replacement of George and Carolyn with Don's Spawn, Little Don and Ivanka. And the replacement of real people with supposed celebrities.

Methinks the reports that The Donald is in dire financial straits must be true. And that he and his spawn desperately need The Celebrity Apprentice paychecks. Why else would they be participating in this craptacular crapfest of a train wreck?

This week I made it, via using a lot of the fast forward button, to the part where Trump announces that the women's team won the make-a-presentation-about-a-new Buick task.

Having watched, without the FF button, both team's presentations, the women's was embarrassingly bad, the men's was much more competent and sold the attributes of the car much better than the women.

Trump and his Spawn fixated on the fact that Adam Carrolla, car aficionado, was Project Manager, rather than Michael Andretti, race car driver. On and on Don and the Spawn went about the outrage to humanity caused by the fact that Andretti did not manage the task.

It did not seem to matter that Andretti figured quite prominently in the presentation.

Like I said, at the point where Trump said the women's team won, I stopped watching, stopped the recording, deleted it and deleted The Celebrity Apprentice from my scheduled to be recorded shows.

This was before I found out that Trump fired both Carolla and Andretti. While the embarrassing, super-sensitive whiner incompetent, Lou Ferrigno, remains.

I do not know if it is true, or not, but I read more than one take on what happened after I stopped watching that indicated that Adam Carolla handed that Trump blowhard a well-administered bitch slap. It was clear, to me, that Carolla's reasoning and verbal skills were at a level high above Trump and his Spawn.

If it is true that Carolla administered a good bitch slap to Trump, I wish I'd not deleted it. I would have enjoyed seeing that.

Wild Animal NeNe Leakes Battles Star Jones on The Celebrity Apprentice & Then Quits While Star Gets Fired

In the picture you are looking at a harping NeNe Leakes harping at a calm Star Jones on Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice mess.

NeNe had managed to keep in check her particular form of madness, until the beginning of last week's episode, when NeNe went in to her patented tirade mode, causing the jaws of Trump and his spawn to drop.

From that point on NeNe was full on in a one-way war with Star Jones. Star Jones is a highly educated, very articulate, very well behaved nice lady. Meanwhile NeNe Leakes is a street thug who packs whips and chains and an AK-47, and isn't ashamed to use them.

NeNe Leakes' charity on Celebrity Apprentice had something do with domestic violence. So, NeNe gave us object lessons as to what that type abuse is like.

At the start of this week's episode Trump took NeNe off Star's team of ASAP and moved her over to the Backbone team of LaToya Jackson, Lil' John and John Rich, while he moved Meatloaf from Backbone over to ASAP, to join Star and Marlee Matlin.

After the team switch, NeNe went into full NeNe mode. Accused Trump of playing favorites and caving to Star's demands. NeNe huffed off in a fit, leaving her teammates wondering where she was. Eventually NeNe let Trump know she was leaving the show. Much to Trump's disgust.

In Sunday's two part episode, 3 hour episode, LaToya was fired, gently in part one, with much praise from Trump, followed by Trump then directing loud words at NeNe, who was not in the Boardroom, saying he'd wrongly thought she had potential, that, "You're fired, and you're a quitter, and Star Jones kicked your ass whether you like it or not."

Then in Part Two Star Jones played it sly, thinking she was letting Meatloaf hang himself. When they lost the task there was a lot of yelling between Star and Meatloaf. I found it annoying because Star's points were valid, but she could not fully get them out due to all the interupting.

So, Trump fired Star Jones. I think mainly because she made a big fuss over Meatloaf calling her Sweetie. Again I saw Star's point.

And now, since the airing of Sunday's show NeNe and Star have been going at it in the press, with Star Jones eventually saying, "NeNe is like a wild animal."

I agree with that. I suspect Kim Zolciak would, as well.

I'm thinking NeNe's latest bad reality tv behavior should put an end to her 15 minutes. She used to be entertaining, til she let her inner she beast become her dominant personality trait.

A Disturbing Donald Trump Fires Mark McGrath Rather Than Gary Busey on The Celebrity Apprentice

When I last mentioned The Celebrity Apprentice I said I'd not watch the celebrity iteration of this show before.

I have now watched my last episode of The Celebrity Apprentice.

The challenge was to create a marketing gimmick for Australian Gold Lotion products.

As he has been in all 4 episodes I watched, Gary Busey was a cringe causing creep.

On the latest episode Gary Busey was at his most cringe causing creepiness.

In the Boardroom all of Gary Busey's teammates made it expressly clear how disruptive Gary Busey was to their team effort. The Australian Gold executives specifically told Trump that Busey bugged them.

So, who does Trump fire?

Mark McGrath.

Now, I did not get to see the firing because the Dallas NBC affiliate felt it was important to break in on the last 10 minutes of The Celebrity Apprentice to inform viewers, in graphic, exhaustive detail, that a tornado might touch down somewhere in North Texas.

Watching Mark McGrath it was quite obviously clear that he is a very smart, very well mannered, very socially appropriate, very articulate, very likeable guy. Did Trump fire McGrath because he has a tattoo? Trump seems a bit fixated on tattoos.

Watching Gary Busey it was quite obviously clear that this guy, despite what Trump thinks, is no genius. Gary Busey has some rather disturbing problems and really is not good Reality TV Fodder. Not even on something like Celebrity Re-hab. He is just disturbing.

I really think Donald Trump heeds to disabuse himself of the notion that he is U.S. presidential material. By "he" I mean Donald Trump, not Gary Busey. Well, actually, both need to disabuse themselves of any notion they are presidential material.

And what has gone wrong with NBC? The Celebrity Apprentice was the only show I was watching on NBC. Why is NBC so starved for material that they put on the air a two hour long bloated mess like The Celebrity Apprentice?

NBC used to be the home of Must See TV on Thursday nights, with Top 10 shows like Friends, Seinfeld and ER. And now, in 2011, NBC does not have a single TV show in the Nielsen's Top 20.

I must remember to cancel my DVR's scheduled recording of The Celebrity Apprentice.

The Celebrity Apprentice: Richard Hatch Fired Weeks After Shoving David Cassidy While Meatloaf Fights With Gary Busey

I'd not watched a single second of any of the previous editions of The Celebrity Apprentice. The whole Donald Trump Apprentice thing had seemed to have worn out its welcome with me.

But then I read what an amusing trainwreck mess David Cassidy was on the premiere episode of latest season of The Celebrity Apprentice.

So, I watched it on-line. And then set my DVR to record the series.

David Cassidy did not disappoint as Trainwreck TV. He's such a teeny guy. Big, mean, ol' Richard Hatch of tax evasion Survivor fame shoved little David around. Or so David thought.

On the latest episode of The Celebrity Apprentice it was the aforementioned Richard Hatch who Trump fired. Due to Hatch's inability to raise much money at a charity gallery auction type challenge. He did not have the connections the other "celebrities" had.

Gary Busey is a walking nutcase. He can be funny. But a nutcase. Donald Trump thinks Gary Busey is a genius. This makes me question Donald Trump's judgement in personnel matters.

Meatloaf is another bit of a nutcase. This week Meatloaf could take not one minute more of Gary Busey. And so Meatloaf had a ranting temper tantrum because he thought Busey took his art materials. He hadn't. Meatloaf's bag of goodies was later found, after screaming at Gary.

On the female side, we learned Dionne Warwick is a piece of work. She got fired last week.

One of the reasons I thought Celebrity Apprentice might be amusing is because NeNe Leakes of Real Housewives of Atlanta fame in one of the Celebrity Apprentices.  In the last season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta Housewives, NeNe went from previously being a fan favorite to the show's villian, ala Jill Zarin's fall from favor on The Real Housewives of New York City.

So, who walks in to the women's gallery? Jill Zarin. I think she spent $5,000 on something NeNe made.

Jose Canseco left this week due to a supposed family emergency. Jose was really really lazy.

After the women beat the guy's in the amount of money raised, making almost a million bucks, Trump asked them to consider him not firing one of the men, due to Jose leaving, and due to the fact that both teams raised the most money in Apprentice history.

The women wanted a man fired. And so Hatch was.

So far, Mark McGrath seems like the most normal, sane, celebrity of the celebrity apprentices.

This show runs for 2 hours. This makes for, what seems to me, a lot of padding. Which causes me to use the FF button. Like in the Boardroom, Trump did a forensic exam of the fight between Meatloaf and Gary.

Donald Trump, J.R. seems to be a bit of an odd duck, to me. I don't quite know why.

I did not understand the part in the Boardroom, before it was announced who raised the most money, where Trump gave the teams the chance to decide that whoever was the losing team, got to keep the money they raised. So, what happened to the money they raised if both teams had not agreed to let the losing team keep what they raised?  Did the winning team then get the money? I was confused.

I don't know if I'll watch this show to its end. I'll keep watching as long as it amuses me.
